Partnership

OEM / ODM and integrator partnerships: hardware, firmware and platform from one team

ZOMYO designs, engineers and manufactures the whole stack in-house — gateway and RCU, panels, switches, sensors, firmware, the control platform and the PMS suite. Partners resell it under their own brand, embed it in their own platform, or take the full stack white-label.

  • In-house R&D and own production: hardware, firmware, platform and app from one engineering team
  • White-label hardware, firmware and platform UI for your brand
  • Private, on-premise deployment you can extend through the API on your client’s site
  • CE / FCC / RoHS compliance as standard

Send your market, target specification and volume expectation — we reply with a proposed device spec.

Why partners switch

Assembling a smart-space offer from five suppliers does not survive an integrator’s timeline

The projects that go wrong are rarely about one bad device. They are about hardware, firmware, platform and support being owned by four different companies.

Firmware nobody owns

A gateway from one supplier, panels from another: when a scene misbehaves, two vendors blame each other and the integrator absorbs the delay.

Cloud that fights your client

Hotel groups, care operators and public-sector clients increasingly refuse to let room data leave the building. A cloud-only platform ends the conversation.

No room for your margin or your brand

Finished consumer products leave no engineering room, no white-label path and no defensible position for a channel partner.

Certification and documentation gaps

Missing compliance files and thin documentation turn a technical sale into a paperwork project — usually during the tender.

Engagement models

Ways to work with us

Most partners start with one element and widen the scope once a pilot is in the field.

ODM / custom build

We adapt enclosure, key layout, finishes, relay configuration and firmware behaviour to your specification — a variant of an existing family where possible, a new device where necessary.

OEM / white label

Your branding on panels, switches, thermostats, sensors, packaging and documentation; your product naming in the platform UI.

Platform licence

Integrators and IoT platform vendors take the control platform and PMS suite into their own private deployment and extend it through the open API.

Project supply

Project pricing, technical training and pre-sales engineering for system integrators, distributors and contractors.

Reference projects

Entering a new region, we onboard a limited number of pilot partners: sample units, dedicated engineering support and special pricing for a reference site.

Custom voice and scenes

On-premise voice module with your wake word, your languages and your scene vocabulary, running locally with no cloud round-trip.

Scope

What we manufacture and deliver

One product family, one platform, one accountable partner — from the edge host to the app.

Edge host

Multi-protocol gateway & RCU: 1× 40 A + 12× 10 A relays, RS485 bus, KNX / Modbus bridge, Zigbee 3.0 mesh, fused CSI + mmWave radar sensing

Devices

Central control panels, 1–8 key switches and dimmers (matte black / silver / gold / white), thermostats, sockets (universal / UK, USB-A + Type-C), door/window and environmental sensors, voice speaker module

Hotel modules

Card power switch, doorplate, DND / make-up room, doorbell

Software

ZOMYO control platform, native PMS suite, custom on-premise voice module, open API for your own platform

Manufacturing

In-house production with aging and quality testing on every batch

Compliance

CE / FCC / RoHS

Customisation

Enclosure, finishes, key layout, relay counts, firmware logic, wake word, scenes, brand and UI naming

Support

Technical training, pre-sales engineering and marketing assets for your channel

Project flow

How an OEM / ODM project runs

Six stages from brief to volume, with an exit at each one.

  1. 01

    Brief

Your market, target price, protocol requirements and the certification your channel needs to sell it.

  2. 02

    Specification

We turn the brief into a device and firmware specification, preferring a variant of an existing family to keep time-to-market short.

  3. 03

    Sample

Sample units for evaluation, plus a sandbox platform tenant where software or branding is in scope.

  4. 04

    Pilot

A reference project or small batch in the field, with engineering support attached to it.

  5. 05

    Certification & production

Compliance testing, tooling and production ramp, with aging and quality testing per batch.

  6. 06

    Scale & roadmap

Volume supply, firmware maintenance and a joint roadmap for the next device in your portfolio.

Before the first call

Partnership questions

Can we brand the platform, not just the hardware?

Yes. Platform UI naming, app naming, documentation and packaging can carry your brand. The client relationship and the public-facing material stay with you.

Do you only sell complete systems?

No. Partners commonly start with a single element — hardware under their own brand, platform only, or sensing modules inside a product they already build — and widen the scope once the first pilot is proven.

Can it be privately deployed for our end clients?

Yes, and that is the default architecture rather than an option: the platform and PMS suite run on a server inside the client’s own network, and you extend the system through the API. Nothing requires a cloud round-trip.

What about certification for our market?

CE / FCC / RoHS are standard, with test reports available for your tender documents. Market-specific requirements are handled as part of the project scope, with our engineering team supporting the test process.

How do you handle firmware maintenance after launch?

Firmware is developed by the same team that builds the hardware, so fixes and feature work have one owner. Long-running partner projects include a maintenance and roadmap track rather than a one-off handover.

How do we start?

Send your market, target specification and volume expectation. We reply with a proposed device and firmware specification and a pilot path, starting from sample units.

Build under your own brand, with one accountable partner

Tell us the market you sell into and what you want to put your name on. We will come back with a device specification, a pilot plan and the compliance picture.
